According to J.D. Power’s 2016 U.S. Sales Satisfaction Index Study which was released earlier this month, the Porsche brand ranked the highest out of all automakers for customer satisfaction. This is the second year in a row that the Porsche brand placed highest on the list among luxury car manufacturers for customer satisfaction, too. The Porsche brand bested the score it received in 2015 by 72 points this year to take the overall title for customer satisfaction for the second time since the SSI Study was first conducted 30 years ago.

This year’s SSI Study is based on responses provided by nearly 29,000 people who either purchased or leased a new vehicle in April or May of this year. The study is an exhaustive analysis of the new car buying experience and it gauges the level of satisfaction consumers have with car dealerships located in the United States.
