New Style Elements
The new Porsche Cayenne has a more athletic appearance thanks to the larger air intakes in the front fascia as well as new horizontal light edges. There are also some enhancements you can make to improve both the form and functionality of your car. You can get the Porsche Dynamic Light System or LED Matrix Beam headlights that add a unique look and offer even better illumination.
Power and Performance
While the beauty of the Porsche Cayenne can’t be understated, there’s a lot more than meets the eye in this model. Under the hood, you’ll get a 3.0-liter V6 engine that produces 335 horsepower and 332 lb.-ft. of torque. This will get you from zero to 60 mph in less than six seconds.
There are also two other engines to pick from: a 2.9-liter twin-turbo V6 (434 horsepower and 405 lb.-ft. of torque) and a 4.0-liter twin-turbo V8 (541 horsepower and 567 lb.-ft. of torque). An eight-speed automatic transmission is standard, as is the fully variable Porsche Traction Management (PTM) all-wheel-drive system.
You will also get the Porsche Surface Coated Brake (PSCB) system, which increases friction while reducing wear and brake dust.
Tech Features
The Porsche Communication Management (PCM) system in the Porsche Cayenne is new and improved for 2022. By saying “Hey Porsche,” you’ll be able to operate the infotainment system. It can also be controlled via the 12.3-inch full-HD touchscreen.
The PCM system lets you create up to six individual profiles so a variety of users can have customized experiences. Plus, Android Auto™ and Apple CarPlay® integration come standard in every model.
