U.S. Sales Satisfaction Index (SSI) Study
Each year, J.D. Power conducts a U.S. Sales Satisfaction Index (SSI) Study. The SSI Study asks customers for their perspective on the new-vehicle purchase experience, and it’s designed to provide a comprehensive brand-level analysis. This includes questions about everything from the product presentation to the price negotiation to the finance process. This is the 40th year for the SSI Study and the recent study is based on responses from 32,616 individuals who leased or purchased a new vehicle between March and May of 2025.
Porsche Results
We are proud to announce that Porsche has claimed the top spot for customer-rated sales satisfaction on the J.D. Power SSI Study. This is the third year in a row they have earned the distinction. Porsche has been rated as the top premium brand for 2025 in both the premium car and premium SUV segments. They earned 855 points this year, which is up four points from last year.
